At Tech Byte, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The request is made within 3 days of receiving the order
  • The item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
  • Items without original packaging or accessories
  • Clearance or sale items (if applicable)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at support@techbyte.com within 7 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and clear images/videos of the issue
  3. Once approved, return instructions will be shared

Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.


4. Refund Policy

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or store credit, depending on the case

5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items only, subject to product availability.


6. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • Original shipping charges (PKR 250) are non-refundable

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after approval:

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled and will follow the return process.
